Essential to centering on Christ is service. Service is like the bow on the gift of discipleship it pulls it all together! When we serve we grow in our relationship with Jesus. We discover greater empathy for others, deepening desire to follow God, improved relationships, taken an active role in increasing God’s peace on earth, and much more! God has chosen you for service in His Kingdom. And we each of us have a unique combination of:
These three together form your Servant Profile. This first survey will help you determine your Spiritual Gifts. Spiritual Gifts are abilities given to you by God for building up the Body of Christ.
To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good. (1 Corinthians 12:7.)
A follow-up survey to this one will help you determine Personal Style and Ministry Passion. Your Servant Profile once completed will help you find your best fit for service.
Mt. Olive UMC your church wants to help you grow in your faith journey. This Spiritual Gift survey and its follow up survey will help you do just that.
I pray you will take the time to complete this survey. It is a bit long but the rewards far outweigh the time it takes to complete. We want to give you guidance to grow in being a disciple who is following Jesus and growing in love of God and neighbor. When we all make our faith journey a priority we will truly be a church that makes disciples and transforms the world! Won’t you join us?!
